Our Rustic Industrial Reindeer are handmade from steel and finished to protect the surface, but steel is a natural material and will weather over time.

Outdoor Use

• These can be displayed outdoors, but exposure to rain, frost and sea air will eventually cause rusting.
• We recommend keeping them indoors or in a sheltered outdoor area (porch, covered patio, shopfront).
• If kept fully outside, rusting is inevitable and should be considered part of the rustic industrial look.

Finish & Maintenance

• Surface weathering, patina and light rust spots can be cleaned and re-coated if desired.
• You can apply a clear metal lacquer or outdoor metal paint periodically to slow down corrosion.

Guarantee

• Our Lifetime Guarantee covers manufacturing faults only.
• Rusting/corrosion caused by outdoor exposure is not covered under the guarantee.

A small amount of assembly would be required on the larger products but no tools would be required to do this.

• Wipe the metal with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and moisture.
• If it gets wet, dry it off to help slow down surface rust.
• For outdoor/sheltered use, apply a clear metal lacquer or outdoor metal protection once or twice a year.
• Light surface rust can be removed with fine wire wool or a Scotch-Brite pad, then re-coated.
• Do not use harsh chemical cleaners or abrasives that can break down the protective finish.
• To keep it looking its best, we recommend displaying it indoors or under cover.

• Defects caused by workmanship or materials.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Scratches, scuffs, impact damage.
• Poor maintenance or unauthorised repairs.

Conditions

• Valid for the original purchaser only.
• Proof of purchase and clear photos may be required.
• You may be asked to return the item for inspection.

We deliver to UK mainland addresses. Delivery times are estimates - stock Christmas items usually leave sooner, while made-to-order or larger display pieces may take a little longer. For locations outside the UK mainland, please contact us for a quote.

Delivery

• Most Christmas ornaments and steel decorations arrive fully assembled and well packaged.
• Stock items are usually dispatched within 7 days; made-to-order items may take longer (times are estimates only).
• Smaller items are sent by standard courier; larger display pieces may be kerbside delivery.
• You are responsible for moving items into your property and for any fixings/positioning on site.

Returns

• You may return items within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations if unused and in original condition/packaging.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned goods.
• Custom-made, personalised or seasonal/bespoke pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.
