Delivery

We deliver to UK mainland addresses. Delivery times are estimates; stock items usually leave sooner, while made-to-order pieces can take longer. Deliveries are kerbside and require a signature. For locations outside the UK mainland, please contact us for a quote.

Returns

• You may return items within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations if unused and in original condition/packaging.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned goods.
• Custom-made or personalised items (e.g., cut-to-size or stained finishes) are non-returnable unless faulty.
• Reclaimed timber may include cracks, splits, dents, paint, or branding - these are natural characteristics, not defects.
